Here is how it works:

1. Register

The first thing you have to do is register. During registration you will create your own user name and password. When you return to Quizor at a later time, you will log-in using that user name and password. The reason you must log in is so that you are the only person who can create and edit your quizzes.

2. Make a Quiz

The next thing you need to do is make a quiz. First, you'll need to give your quiz a name and perhaps a description. Eventually, you will have a long list of quizzes, so give your quizzes names and descriptions that are meaningful to you. Then, you will enter the questions and answers for your new quiz. You will only enter a single correct answer for each question. Quizor® will combine your correct answer with other wrong answers when it presents you with a multiple choice or matching quiz. Good sources for these questions and answers include your text book, your classroom notes, or a review sheet from your instructor. Creating these questions and answers will require you to review the subject matter. If you do not like to study, then think of Quizor as a game (but, it is really a fun way to study).

3. Take a Quiz

Now you are ready to take a quiz. Select the quiz you wish to take, then select the testing method. There are 3 methods: Q&A, Multiple Choice, and Matching. Matching is probably the easiest method since you get to see all the questions and answers. Multiple Choice will give you 4 answers to pick from, but it only works if all the answers are similar, like dates, or places, or people. Q&A will show you all the questions and you will have to enter the answers almost exactly the way you entered them when you created the quiz. Q&A is definitely the hardest method, so use the other 2 methods until you are ready for a challenge. Quizor will never give you the questions in the same order. That way, you won't be able to memorize just the answers like you would memorize the words to a song or poem.

4. Re-take a Quiz

When you get the score for your quiz, you will see which questions you got right and which ones you got wrong. For any incorrect answers you entered, you will also see the correct answer. You should take a few minutes to review the answers you got wrong, then take that test again. You can take a quiz as many times as you like. Set a goal for yourself, like "at least 90%", and take the quiz. Then re-take the quiz, again and again until you reach your goal. Do this over the course of a few days if you need to. Finally, within a day or two of your real test, take the quiz once more. That will give you the confidence you need to walk into the classroom and "ace" the test. Good luck!
